Young Nkuhuma & Northern Avoca Male Coalition
Male lion coalition in Kruger National Park, South Africa.
The Young Nkuhuma Males are the offspring (sons) of the Nkuhuma Pride. They were born into the pride and spent their sub-adult years there. Their fathers are the Northern Avoca Males (most notably the lion known as Mohawk). The Avocas were the dominant males of the Nkuhuma Pride for many years.
